Service Description. This Site describes Concrete Driveway Installation, Concrete Sidewalk Work, Concrete Patio Installation, Stamped Concrete provided by VGS Services LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to VGS Services LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. VGS Services LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VGS Services LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of VGS Services LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify VGS Services LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. VGS Services LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
